PERFORMANCE TRACKING AND PRICING ASSOCIATE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will support the delivery of day to day D&A activities. You are responsible for supporting Contract Management, Pricing, Data Cleaning, Data Analysis, Competitive Intelligence. This support will ensure critical business tasks are fulfilled properly, will help decision making with regards to contractual agreements with third party payers and key accounts, and will help ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for Contract management ? review and upload new and amended contracts in internal systems, ensure all prerequisites are met, apply all necessary changes, follow up on operational tasks around contract execution (accruals, rebate payments, etc.).
  • Supporting pricing business case process ? mostly in scenario building and P&L generation for the different scenarios identified by the Local Affiliate.
  • Monitoring and analyzing stored data to identify appropriate trends/ insights relevant to local market or region.
  • Supporting regional hubs with analytical tasks, generating list price reports, etc.
  • Supporting affiliates and regional hub with competitive intelligence ? receiving and validating data from the country teams, processing it into internal systems, running reports and analyzing it.
  • Supporting D&A projects locally and may participate in wider projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Our ideal candidate is a team player with customer focus. You are problem solving and result oriented. Besides that, you have time and process management skills and can compile data.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University Degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
  • 1+ years working in a finance/data management/logistics related field.
  • Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience with SAP based systems.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of other MS Office applications, Hyperion Pillar, Tableau, Anaplan).
  • Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Clearly explains processes and procedures.
  • Fluency in multiple European languages.
