BK Search is a recruitment agency specialized on the field of IT & DIGITAL. Located in Geneva, we support our clients through recruitment missions in European market.

Mandated by one of our clients, a world?s leading insurance and financial protection companies , we are seeking for a Cloud Azure Tech Lead in their offices in Lisbon.

MISSIONS :

Within the Finance, Risk Management and Procurement Solutions department, you will be in charge of :

• Supervise the overall team delivery.
• Plan, prioritize, follow the Dev team delivery.
• Manage and improve existing delivery processes.
• Evaluate individual team performance and identify GAP?s.
• Support the ongoing nearshoring strategy deployment.
• Coordinate with other product stakeholders (Product Owner, PM?s, Infrastructure, architecture, cloud brokers) to ensure alignment on the solution.
• Ensure security standards are applied on the development scope.
• Ensure team follows documentation standards.
• Secure the current migration to the cloud.
• Build and maintain team delivery KPI?s
• Attend to the relevant governance bodies and report on Delivery KPI?s.

PROFILE :

• Overall 8+ years of experience , at least 3 as a team lead
• Good experience in using cloud APIs;
• Good knowledge of cloud frameworks (Azure batch, serviceIO, etc.);
• Experience with large volume / optimization in C++;
• Experience in PostGre SQL server;
• Experience optimizing memory, simulation time and infrastructure cost;
• Rigor and Excellent level in algorithmics;
• Experience in Java / Kotlin;

• Excellent communication skills;
• Attentive, available and reliable with good team spirit;
• Proactivity and results orientation
• Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science, Management;
• Azure Cloud, microservices architecture, AKS, OpenPaas, Azure DevOps, GITLab
• Professional level in English (French is appreciated)
