• responsabilidades

  • Analyze data to ensure proper expensing procedures have been followed
  • Communicate with travelers to get explanations on error detected
  • Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or out of policy expenses detected
  • Interact with employees seeking support for questions about their travel expenses and resolve the issues reported
  • Act as a connection with our stakeholders and partners
  • Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about corporate procedures
  • Drive process improvement and policy development iniciatives that impact the function
  • Analyze SAP data to understand payments status and provide payment proofs
  • Coordinate with other teams to solve issues with payments and report the findings to stakeholders
