Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

The purpose of this role is to support Bosch Junior Management Program (JMP) Active Sourcing and Recruiting Service by Active Sourcing, Talent Relationship Management and Recruiting for Bosch Corporate departments.

• Screening & Application Management;
• Job posting in German language;
• Communication and consultation with Candidates and C/HRE-JMP-DE;
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for different positions;
• Active Sourcing: Searching, identifying and engaging with potential Candidates on Social Networks (e.g. LinkedIn) and influencing attraction toward applying for JMP positions in Germany;
• Support lean and candidate-oriented processes for Recruitment & Active Sourcing;

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent;
• Languages: English (C1) and German (B2);
• Previous experience in HR and / or HR shared services;
• Recruiting experience is highly preferred in particular with Engineering profiles;

• Data affinity, experience in direct search in social media;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong customer and service orientation;
• Self-organized, autonomous and proactive.
