Job Description

Our IT department located in Lisbon, is included in a dynamic and international team that belongs to our central department in Germany. You will have the opportunity to shape the future with Bosch and work in a major digitalization and automation HR project.

We are looking for a HR IT Architect, with the following responsibilities:

• Create IT architecture concepts in a worldwide team for Skill Management and related Job-Skill Data Library of a diverse HR process landscape.
• Design, align and support suitable IT architectures for innovative solutions in the field of Data Storage, analytics & NLP.
• Consult the internal customer "Business Digital Organization Human Resources" on scalable IT solutions and be responsible for the realization of the customer requirement together with the development team.
• Participate in prototyping design workshops and contribute with your technical perspective and experience.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Degree in information technology (computer science, Business Informatics, etc.) or similar.

> 5 years of relevant professional experience in design, implementation and maintenance of modern applications in the field of Big Data, Analytics & NLP.

Team-oriented, communicative and open for intercultural collaboration with a hands-on mentality.

Structured, accountable and open minded.

Ability to visualize, document and communicate architectures at multiple levels of abstraction (e.g. arc42, etc.).

Bring knowledge and experience in several of the following areas:

• Designing and building Big Data and Analytics platforms, underlying technologies and architectures.
• Operationalization of Machine Learning / self-sustaining solutions over the complete lifecycle (MLOps).
• Practical experience in the use of PaaS services in the Big Data and Analytics environment in e.g. Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Automated deployments in containers, continuous integration and delivery processes and infrastructure as code.

Very good English skills both written and spoken (C level).
