Descrição

• Create, develop and implement communication & engagement strategies for on-trade & off-trade channels;
• Development of local marketing strategy for brands;
• Define promo plan and steer promo plan execution (in cooperation with Sales);
• Development of a promotional strategy for brands and POS materials;
• Support the field sales team and key accounts with: Product knowledge; Industry expertise & trends; Commercial tools, Visibility implementations; Contract payments; Advocacy and other sell-out activations, asset management;
• Budget Control;

Perfil ideal

Academic Background: Management or Marketing degree;
Experience in FMCG Marketing or Trade Marketing;
Results/solution-oriented;
Strong presentation and communication skills;
Good capacity of focus/define priorities.
