This position will be supporting Asia-Pacific across all business lines; FXLM & Commodity Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Prime Solutions and Financing, G10 Rates, Primary & Credit Market and Equity Cash; and Equity Derivatives in EMEA.

Your Main Activities Are

• Maintaining and calculating accurate Client Contribution and PnL figures;
• Being responsible for creating/collating presentations for the Top Management committees;
• Administration of headcount moves;
• Become the Lisbon point of contact to APAC-related subjects;
• Promote knowledge sharing with other teams that would benefit from the same automations;
• Creating and maintaining the organizational charts up-to-date;
• Coordination of creation of Sharepoint sites and ongoing maintenance.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Undergraduate / Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance;
• Perfect fluency in English;
• Excellent Excel skills (VBA is a plus), with an analytical mind-set;
• Knowledge of Tableau, or other business intelligence / analytics tool;
• Very strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and good time management;
• Autonomous, proactive, self motivator, multi-tasking, fast-learner, proactive;
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Cultural sensitivity.
