Job Description

Team presentation and main goal:

The Global Product Owner is the project champion who is committed to the project, to the proposed solution and the approach to delivering it. (S)he is specifically responsible for the Business Case and project budget throughout. The Global Product Owner must be able to resolve business issues and make financial decisions. This role has a crucial responsibility to ensure and enable fast progress throughout the project.

The Global Product Owner is in charge of product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle and works closely with Product Owners and other Squad members to ensure KYC business satisfaction goals are met.

At the highest level, the Global Product Owner is responsible for setting the product vision and strategic direction. (S)he needs to be able to clearly articulate the KYC business case of a given initiative or feature, so that the chain clearly understands the needs.

Main tasks and goals:

Together with other Product Owners, s(he) own s the delivery of the KYC tools globally. Jointly, (s)he is responsible from end-to-end for the products and services of KYC, from vision to delivery.

1 - Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Manages the entire product lifecycle and product roadmap
• Chairs Sprint Planning ceremonies with Product Owners and IT representatives.

2 - Manages KYC business requirements cross applications

• Manages dependencies between business stakeholders & projects;
• Translates product strategy into planned work, defining what needs to be launched and when;
• Defines high-level priorities by ranking features against strategic goals and initiatives;
• Ensures various KYC applications provide required services and meet business needs

3 - Evaluates ideas

• Responsible for crowdsourcing, developing, and curating ideas that will deliver value to users;
• Owns the organization?s ideation process and determines which ideas should be promoted to the backlog in order to propel the product strategy forward

Qualifications

• Background in IT, Management or Finance;
• Experience in the process of Product Owner, UI/UX and Project; Management
• Knowledge of KYC, Fenergo and Agile Methodology will be a plus;
• Stakeholder Management;
• Team Player;
• Good communication skills;
• Analytical & Judgment skill;
• Priority Management;
• English mandatory;
• French very appreciated.

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.
Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
