Main Responsibilities

  • Work as Team Manager in the Order Management team and key responsibilities would include:
  • Lead large team of Order Management Analysts , SMEs and Team Leads who are responsible for:
  • Order Processing which includes changes, Order fulfillment and Hold Order monitoring.
  • Handle escalation calls if any and be a coach to team and facilitate trainings and refreshers.
  • Be responsible for operational deliverables of the assigned team.
  • Be the senior Subject Matter Expert for team to provide guidance to overall team.
  • Identify and lead efforts to execute process improvements and transformation opportunities and drive FMEA's ,RCA's.
  • Be responsible to produce and manage daily and monthly SLA/KPI reports (performance and business metrics).
  • Be client's first level escalation point for any team member's performance or service level gaps.
  • Lead internal and external governance for team performance and process health.
  • Perform assigned responsibilities as per defined timelines and accuracy parameters of the process.
  • Drive operational excellence and responsible for people and performance management.
  • Ability to identify or propose new ideas towards process improvements and also, review the ideas generated by Team members, SME and Team Leads with Client Stakeholders for successful implementation of the ideas and metrics management.
  • 8 AM to 6 PM CET (Flexibility to work between those hours).

  • Qualification and Experience
  • Graduate/Masters in any discipline. Preferable : Graduate/Masters in Finance or accounting.
  • 4-5 Years of relevant experience.
  • Swedish: (Minimum C1 or Native-Level Fluency).
  • English: (B2-Independent User Level).
  • Domain Experience

  • Knowledge on end to end Order to Cash cycle..
  • Good experience in Order Management as a Team Manager.
  • T*echnical Application*
  • Preferable: Seibel CRM.
  • Experience in Workflow tools.
  • Experience in MS Office.
  • Experience in Visio (Creating process flows/Blue prints).
  • experience in SAP(including invoicing, contracts, workflows).
