The role of the Finance function is to define financial policies and to secure the correct, good and compliant financial management of the Group. It also provides both external stakeholders and internal decision-makers with relevant financial data and analyses, with an intention to support sustainable value creation and value retention.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
Within Controlling Platform Team, the Junior Controller - IT will report to EMEA Controller Platform manager to:

Be the point of contact for dedicated IT services lines :
-
Perform Financial study, business case, costs estimates in IS Applications (contracts, organization changes); Help to build plans, monitor, alert and contribute to develop corrective action plans

Participate, Validate and Challenge the Function projects costs estimations and business cases before their approval process. Support project managers during projects for financial topics.

Provide transversal support in the management cycle for monthly closing, budget and forecasting processes

Build and Provide support and information to pilot dedicated IT service Line activities and performances for all stakeholders (Finance, operational managers) :

Participate actively to the CBS Invoicing ( Service Invoicing for consolidated entities)

Coordinate the capitalization process with Projects controllers and executes internal controls and related activities (Assets reviews?)

In charge of the improvements and optimization of processes and tasks under his/her responsibility
Education and Experience
- University degree by preference in Business Administration/ Finance

Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial position

Experience in Data analysis

Project management : ability to autonomously contribute to a project as a team member or lead it as a project manager or ability to develop the capability.

Interpersonal skills: ability to interface with customers, flexibility, solution provider mindset & collaboration.
Hard

Experience in finance analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Suite (GSheet/GSlides)

Basics of ERP and BI Tools (SAP/BW being a plus)

English mastery/practice (French being a plus)

Experience in a IT environment is a plus
