We are recruiting a Key Account Manager to join our team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributes , designs, develops and implements a coordinated national strategy for Hospital/accounts integrating the client needs and brand plans, incorporating the patient focus. Responsible for account analytics, financial performance and debt management. Having spread knowledge in healthcare: organization, structure and flow across sectors.
As a Janssen ambassador communicates the outstanding attributes of the therapeutic area/medicines to Hospital multi-stakeholders to guarantee our value proposition will be recognized and improve market uptake. Works collectively with Hospitals Administrator Board, Hospital Pharmacies, Purchasing and Negotiation Teams for and other partners involved in the Health Technologies introduction, access and equity.
Internally works very closely with the HEMAR, Core Value Team on the product value, Customer Service, C&C, Tendering, finance and Clinical Trials. Considered specialist in field within the organization and access enabler at Hospital level.
Develops solutions to sophisticated problems which require the regular use of resourcefulness, innovation and out of the box solution, explore new ways of business (VBHC) and new clients. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
Knowledge of Hospital rules, processes, contract program, tenders, financing and applicable legislation.
