We are looking for a ERP (ERPLN) ? Finance Business Analyst to implement approved Application Projects, manage Requests for Change, manage the day to day users support and facilitates together with the Business Experts deploying best practices, Core Business Model and Global consistency (mainly focused in the Infor ERPLN Finance functionality). Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities include:

  • Engages with the business to understand the Finance business process and how APPLICATIONS solutions (Infor LN) can support the process and managing changes.
  • New projects implementation
  • Support key users draft Change Request + Functional specifications describing the requirements to satisfy their business needs.
  • Accountable for the interface between Business Areas (mainly Finance but not only) and the Development team(s)
  • Coordination of design, build and testing new enhancements.
  • Interface with user departments, understand their requirements, and propose methods for solving business needs through the application of standard Core Business Model.
  • End user training.
  • Responsible for daily support of Finance business processes and application (Infor ERP Ln) to ensure efficient business operation.
  • Support Applications version evolution.
  • Update documentation in the Applications OL SharePoint.
  • Apply Program Management and Lean principles.
  • Review user access rights as required.
  • Handover and transition to Applications Support team.
  • Core Business Model regular checks.

Main Tasks:

  • Delivers tasks in time and within budget
  • Provide advice on business process issues
  • Promotes Continuous improvements
  • Works self-dependent to meet key responsibilities
  • Works as a team member of Global IT Applications and Data team
  • Works with the rest of IT team members
  • Coordinates and leads meetings (WebEx, telco)
  • Supports end user training on site and remote as requested
  • In addition of key responsibilities has to support additional project/actions Coming from instructions of the Direct Manager
  • Coordinating contacts with external supplier support
  • Providing regular updates
  • Coordinates her/his business trips on request
  • Joining any training session to improve the know how
Formal Qualifications:

Essential

  • University degree (Finance)
  • ERP knowledge for FINANCE business processes
  • Experience developing and supporting Applications systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Travel Requirements: 50% travel requirement estimated as part of the nature of this global role

Desirable

  • 3 years experience on similar position
  • Infor ERPLN knowledge
  • Other Finance Business Applications (i.e. AP automation, Finance Budgeting, Reporting)
  • Finance Analytics (i.e. Dashboards)
