Our Voices is a podcast put together by a team of 5 from Swoosh English, including a Podcast company called Fascinate Productions.

We are offering an immediate start to the right candidate.

Key areas of responsibility

• Research potential guests for each series - including the best way to contact them.

• Write emails chains to send for outreach - including the first email and follow up

• Send emails to potential sponsors and guests

• Send follow up emails to potential sponsors and guests

• Coordinate other team members and allocate task responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written for all channels

• Hang out, engage, and add value to our listeners' . This could be facebook groups, reddit, etc.

• Reach out to newspapers about sharing our podcast and guest stories

• Attend weekly meetings with the Our Voices Team

• Build relationships with PR reps and publishing houses so we can guarantee guests for future series.

• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written for all channels) Assisting with promotional activities.

• Other duties as assigned.

Eligibility

• Degree in media, English or other creative specialisms

• Fluent in English

• Sales, Outreach and marketing experience is preferred

• Good understanding of sponsorship and guest outreach and social media marketing.

• Good team player, willing to learn, open-minded, independent and responsible

• Common sense

• Great attitude

• Quick and eager to learn

• Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
