What do you do as a developer at this Tech Hub?
As a developer you work on the development of a solution as a content management platform. You are part of a small team and therefore you are an all-rounder and flexibility is required. You will be designing and implementing new functionality for both back-end and front-end and will be busy linking different technologies together. In addition, with each release there is joint testing and documentation, and you are ready for support questions from our team of implementation engineers.
Because they want to innovate technically and grow professionally, you will have a great role in thinking along with us and giving direction to the architecture of our product. Revision of the UI, replacement of the database and the introduction of automated testing are high on the agenda.

This project is the international team of developers operating from the Lisbon office as part of a team from 2 companies which are part of a solid group of companies in the Netherlands. Their tech company is innovative and successful that deals with the development and implementation of a solution for multi-channel development and publishing of content applications. This solution is used for the creation of financial reports and other periodical publications.

Besides Europe, our client is also active in Australia and New Zealand and they have a second office in Sydney.
Who are we looking for?

• You have Extensive experience with;
  • Java (Java 11, Rest services, Data persistency)
  • Javascript (ES6+, NodeJs, React / Angular)
  • HTML, CSS/Sass
  • SQL
  • Test methodology, JUnit

Preferably knowledge of

• Oracle PL/SQL
• Mybatis
• JSF, Primefaces
• GIT
• XSLT2.0, XQuery

• At least a Computer Science degree;
• At least 5-10 years working experience;
• A drive to write code that is structured, maintainable and flexible;
• Good communication and analytical skills (good command of English).
