Job Description


Key responsabilities:

  • You are a sparring partner for the Commercial Service Line and take on its advice and support in commercial decisions (e.g. pricing) as well as for managing customers
  • You are also the first point of contact for sales in all finance-related topics
  • You create the sales KPIs and the sales reports as well as all value-added analyzes as a decision-making basis for the management
  • You can use BI tools and independently evaluate the appropriate KPIs.
  • Due to your technical expertise, you are the source of ideas and impulses for the further development of customers and increasing profitability
  • The continuous process improvement, automation and digitization of the systems and analyzes as part of the Carlisle Lean Management Operating System also falls within your area of responsibility
    • Owning the Service Line?s monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting/budgeting collation and review prior to submission to Cluster and Region
  • Attend regular revenue forecast meetings with the markets, client teams and management teams, driving accuracy and adoption in SalesForce reporting and forecasting and challenging the forecast for reasonableness.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance
  • Help deliver the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools.
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting/interpretation, ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
  • Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and M&A activit
  • Work with operations/reporting team to deliver client and project profitability figures and analyse and challenge the business on these numbers v targets
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
  • Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
