WHO YOU ARE
You have:

  • The ability to personalise the customer experience based on segments, behaviour, patterns and localisation consistently across channels and media.
  • Knowledge on how to utilize the digital eco-system to create impact and reach across owned, earned and paid channels using an audience centric approach.
  • Broad knowledge of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
  • Broad knowledge of content strategy, focused on SEO.
  • Broad knowledge of SEO-specific tools (GSC, BrightEdge, MajesticSEO, crawlers etc)
  • Knowledge of the content strategy for SEM and Paid Social.
  • SEM specific tools knowledge (e.g. Google Ads).
  • Broad knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs
  • Formal qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working with Marketing, (Digital) Communications, Media or equivalent.
  • Experience with digital marketing and a multichannel set-up.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
'- Responsible for development and implementation of the Integrated Media plan across paid, earned and owned media, with high focus on online media, and providing sufficient content needs to local media agencies to ensure locally adapted marketing.
  • Contribute to the deployment of digital media projects to drive continuous improvement by capturing and analysing the appropriate data and digital media performance analytics, metrics and insights in order to take the right decisions.
  • Support Marketing Performance Leader with Media Performance analysis, including media auditing, cost-efficiency analysis, monitoring and reporting on cost-benefit ratio.
  • Monitor & analyze search and social media and other digital paid channels performance data, identifying issues and opportunities for further improvement and development of media optimization strategies.
  • Develop Search strategy to find the best balance across organic and paid search.
  • Responsible for analysing, reviewing and implementing SEO changes and strategy to the digital channels, to increase visibility on all major organic search players.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and identify improvements for content optimization.
  • Work with content editors, merchandisers and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and optimisation and recommend content improvements.
  • Set and manage the digital agenda with media agency holdings to drive digital efficiency and effectiveness and identify new trends in digital media usage/consumption and innovation to secure ongoing IKEA media development and excellence.
