Position Summary

The Text and Artwork Coordinator will have as a main purpose, the management, development, and approval of all packaging artworks of Global Nespresso brands and products. This person will collaborate internally with markets and HQ teams.
A day in the life of...

  • Manage the development and approval of labelling for all Coffees and Food accessories in collaboration with HQ Marketing, HQ Regulatory, Marketing and Regulatory in the markets, internal stakeholders, according to project timeline and Nespresso ways of working.
  • Liaise with project-relevant stakeholders to develop the translations of label text. Challenge inputs to ensure compliancy and consistency on labels.
  • Brief external artwork agency on new artwork developments or updates of existing artworks. Rigorously control implementation of labelling. Be the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency in layouts and application of labelling guidelines.
  • Liaise with project-relevant stakeholders on draft artworks. Review market inputs with HQ marketing and Regulatory and make necessary amends until artworks are fully validated. Manage the validation with internal stakeholders, prepress and final artwork delivery to printers.
  • Provide project planning and ensure follow-up to meet production deadlines. Track workflow and validations with appropriate tools.
  • Contribute to updating relevant guidelines, procedures, document centers, content management tools. Contribute to constantly improving the processes. Train relevant users on the process and tools.

What will make you successful
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in labelling/artwork project management
  • Understanding the importance of Regulatory Compliances
  • Awareness of requirements for all labels and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with large number of contributors, within tight deadlines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international project coordination and workflow management.
  • Proficiency in English and French; any other language would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Ease to navigate digital tools.
