Your Profile

• 
  Proficient in German and fluent in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proactive and motivated individual with good communication skills

Your Responsibilities

• 
  Contact with internal UPS teams by phone, email and Skype, in German as well as in English
• Support the sales team by providing detailed insights about the business developments
• Support the account executives to ensure the business growth
• Work closely with various areas of the company including: marketing, sales, operations, customer service and finance
• Create presentations, newsletters and reports

• Full time position from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
• Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months
