Close monitoring & reporting on projects? performance against the Employers? Requirements and/or brief, including the performance of 3rd-party contributors (consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and others). rn3. Providing all reasonably practical support to achieve the best possible results in complying with the Employers? Requirements on quality, programme and cost.rn4. Close and personal liaison with Clients, managing the client expectations proactively and constructively and keeping Clients informed and aware of the project status throughout each phase of VO?s engagement.rn5. Develop and nurture relationships with Clients and their consultant teams to support the marketing of the Company and to identity potential opportunities.rn6. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering &/or Architecturern? Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Portuguese.rn? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Project + ideally AutoCad & other desktop publishing softwarern? Experience working with a team on a regular basisrn? Preparation of and tracking project budgetsrn? Proposal & report preparationrn? Self-starter who can work independently and with team membersrn?
