Contact with internal teams by phone, email and Skype, in German as well as in English;
Maintaining and publishing weekly and monthly reports for Sales Management, Account Executives, and other internal partners;
high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel;
Supporting Sales Operations in providing detailed visibility into business performance;
Providing dedicated support to Account Executives to ensure business growth;
Working closely with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Finance;
Creating presentations, newsletters, and reports.
