Our O&M Business Line is looking for a Head of O&M, who will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  Managing an O&M business targeting 3GW of internal assets (four technologies) + 3 GW operated and maintained for third parties (mainly solar) in 2023;

• 
  Defining and implementing O&M strategy and monitoring its effectiveness in all geographies where Voltalia operates, in coordination with the other BLs and companies of the Group;

• 
  Permanent adaptation of the BLs organization to the group evolution (new countries, new techno, new market, new companies, etc?);

• 
  Ensuring the best practices of O&M services related to the operation and maintenance of the technologies existent in Voltalia, ensuring full satisfaction of internal and external clients;

• 
  Setting revenue targets for O&M;

• 
  Setting Key Performance Indicators for O&M;

• 
  Setting guidelines / marks for O&M negotiation of services contracts, in accordance with O&M strategy and targets;

• 
  Analysing the current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information;

• 
  Implementing and fostering necessary initiatives/solutions to drive change within O&M structure, aiming to increase efficiency;

• 
  Monitoring the submission of competitive bids, to achieve targeted order booking with Gross margin as per the agreed business plan for O&M;

• 
  Maintain strong relationships with external clients, to drive sales and network with new clients;

• Ensuring the existence of an HSE culture within O&M Operations, respecting HSE guidelines defined by Voltalia;

• 
  Liaising with other areas/BLs, such as Finance, EPC, Marketing, HSE, Quality and HR when needed;

• 
  Leading team members, identifying opportunities for coaching and development, to maximize work output and work quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Masters or Licentiate degree in Engineering or Management (MBA or Management Training is a plus);
• Experience in management of intragroup P&L for all operational and finance aspects;
• Experience in structuring and managing an organization with a headcount of 250 to 400 employees;
• Solid experience in management and negotiation of service contracts;
• At least 10 years of experience of management in Services business, specifically related to electrical systems;
• Customer interfacing experience, from track-record in Services for third parties / market;

• Strong experience and track-record in Solar PV and/or Wind markets;
• Strong network in Renewables sector (Investors, funds, IPP, Manufacturers, etc?);
• Knowledge of Safety Practices;
• Experience in M&A and Due Diligence is a plus;
• English Proficiency (French and/or Portuguese is a plus);
• Strong availability to travel;
• This position can be based in Porto (Portugal), Paris or Aix-en-Provence (France).
