Position Summary This professional will support the Nestlé Business/Market in creating, updating and improving user registration forms on Nestlé marketing and eCommerce websites (up to 300 websites).
The main task is to design user registration forms by leveraging SAP CDC platform and mapping forms fields and Consumer Database fields; monitor and track registration form performances via front-end and UX optimization tools and draft recommendations and implement those feasible via the platform whilst leveraging the UX/UI best practices
A day in the life of...

  • Create, update and improve user registration forms on Nestlé websites
  • Cross alignment with other CRM team members (Consumer Database specialist, PMs), agencies, brand managers and other involved parties
  • Preparation of technical specifications, mock-ups and code reviews supported by the tech lead
  • Work on continuous improvement of the registration form (functionality, design, performances) and find optimal ways to automate and speed up standard activities.
  • Triage and prioritise multiple concurrent requests effectively
  • Participate to end-to-end testing with other team members
  • Create front-end and content performance reports with actionable recommendations based on agreed KPIs and business objectives
  • Analyse issues, performances, and improvement opportunities in order to improve UX, reduce abandon rate and maximize first party data collection process. Other front-end developments may be required.
What will make you successful
  • University Degree ideally in IT, UX/UI or Digital Technologies / or equivalent professional experience
  • 1 to 3 year of proven experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, JSON
  • Knowledge of JS Frameworks such as Angular, React, Aurelia or Ember a plus
  • Experience with Bootstrap Materialize or other CSS frameworks.
  • Proven web-mastering and content optimization experience (previous projects and experience)
  • Knowledge of web design and UX5.
  • Understanding of technical solution delivery and Coding Standards.
  • Fluent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English
  • Familiarity with Analytics concepts and tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Ensuring good time management (including down time).
  • Good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times
