Position Summary

This professional will support Markets & Categories in implementing the strategy of capturing first party data, helping in the implementation of the Global Solution and its proper deployment in the markets and the implementation of the User Registration Forms on the market's websites by coordinating the activities of the different stakeholders.
The Technical Project Manager will also ensure integration with downstream cCRM & MSE products, such as Marketing Automation and Google Analytics to drive activation of personalized campaigns at scale.

A day in the life of...
  • Analysis, development, documentation & maintenance of the information required by business & partner to properly implement the solution
  • Requirement collection: clearly articulate product capabilities, manage expectations & ensure requirements are collected effectively.
  • Confirm the alignment of customer expectations and project goals.
  • Ensure compliance, security and data privacy aspects are at the center of the deployment project
  • Produce timely, detailed summaries and high-level reports on the evolution of the projects.
  • Provide project schedule, actual vs. budget, and earned value information in project progress reports
  • Provide visibility on project?s team capacity
  • Ensure proper quality assurance and user acceptance of solutions prior to implementation.
What will make you successful
  • At least 3 years in Project Management in the digital marketing, consumer data or eBusiness areas working with large FMCG brands.
  • Strong experience of coordinating with & managing multiple internal and external stakeholders in various worldwide locations
  • Cross functional skill set to include Technical, Managerial and Business Analyst capabilities along with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with SAP CDC (Gygia) is a strong plus
  • Experience on Jira and Confluence software
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
  • Good analytics skills;
  • Customer and result focus.
