Your new role
As an Operational Finance, you will be in charge for general ledger control, ensuring the monthly & quarterly closing accounts, preparing and control accruals and deferrals, posting invoices, analysing the accounts and do the closing postings. You'll also review and analyse information from the general ledger and other accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and take corrective action, as appropriate. Additionally, your team will work closely with the Finance Control team, so you'll be involved in P&L and budgeting tasks. German VAT knowledge is a plus.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for professionals with a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar, and 1 to 6 years of professional experience. Knowledge about digital platforms, like Power BI or Tableau are also desirable, as well as proficiency in Excel. It is mandatory to be fluent in English. Also, you should reveal strong critical thinking, problem-solving and efficient communication skills, along with proactivity and motivation to work in a changing environment.
