FUNCTIONS

Job functions: ? Design B2C/B2B Marketing Automation & Orchestration strategy supporting business goals for clients, users and merchants along their whole lifecycle. This strategy will contribute to the overall Digital Marketing strategy. ? Deploy (configuration/setup, asset integration) and maintain appropriate contextualized journeys/workflows across all touchpoints (email, paid, social, on-site, sms, in-app and mobile push if relevant) leveraging all data sources available. Fully own the direct messaging channels for B2C/B2B targets and work in close collaboration with other areas. ? Accountable for creating & enhancing digital assets in line with the product roadmap and ad-hoc projects, coordinating the work of development agencies with the support of IT teams. ? Coordinate partners in content, marketing automation, social and paid media to support appropriate testing in their field of expertise in order to improve content, creative, copy and audience targeting. Technical skills: ? Demonstrable expert knowledge of email marketing and strong knowledge of direct communication channels (push, in app, sms). ? In-depth knowledge of buyer?s journey and conversion rate optimization and how various marketing channels work at each stage of the funnel to deliver an exceptional customer experience. ? Highly knowledgeable about lead progressive qualification, lead scoring, lead routing, lead assignment. ? Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and plugins. ? Ability to translate business into technical requirements & vice versa. ? Good understanding of GDPR or local data protection regulation compliant practices. ? Working knowledge of advanced measurement systems such as Multi-Touch Attribution. Proficient in Google Analytics 360. Knowledge of behavioral analytics and research tools a plus. ? Solid understanding of technical and data flows aspects of automation and orchestration. ? MS suite, Expert command of excel. Requirements: ? 7+ years experience within Digital Marketing in different field of expertise. ? Master?s degree in Marketing or quantitative fields. ? 3+ years experience as marketing automation and orchestration manager deploying programs for B2C/B2B. ? Experience applying their technical and data knowledge to address business goals related to customer acquisition, expansion and retention. ? Experience in working transversally in a matrix global organization marketing automation and orchestration. ? Proficiency English level.
