Acting as Europe?s pivot, the Lisbon?s office has a Strategy team, IT team, Finance team, among others.
Your new role
The company is searching for an individual to lead the European Applications Support team as an Application Support Lead in the Lisbon office. This role reports to the European IT Operations Manager and is responsible for leading a team that provides support for all European applications within the application portfolio. The Application Support Lead will engage with internal IT teams, business units, and external service providers to ensure that the stakeholders are receiving high-levels of service.
What you need to be successful
If you have:

• General knowledge of software development principles, database management, middleware, and server configuration;
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and/or basic knowledge on any Azure technologies;
• ITIL certification or exposure;
• Good experience managing web based applications, webservices and distributed applications in an enterprise environment;
• Experience as a Team Leader;
• Fluency in English.
