The candidate will be responsible for setting, developing, and managing all Indirect Sales Channels. From prospecting, selecting, testing, training, monitoring, and remunerating. The Goal is to build an outstanding outsourced network of distribution channels that will lead the company to drive acquisitions. The Sales Manager will be reporting to the Sales Director.
? To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for channels and territories; and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
? To implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
? Implement and monitor sales funnel.
? To maintain sales results by counseling and disciplining sales agents/partners, planning, monitoring, and evaluating results.
? To liaise with internal teams: marketing, finance, operations and others as needed for sales results achievement.
? To analyze in depth sales performance and channel profitability and implement correctional measures if needed establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
It´s necessary/mandatory to have:
? Experience in Sales Management in open market environment in B2B
? Strong network and ability to reach relevant stakeholders to develop partnerships
? Proven track record of positive sales performance
? Proficiency in English
? Experience in prospecting, negotiating and implementing distribution partnerships.
? Experience in training and dynamizing sales teams/networks/branches.
