Your ?day to day?
As a DR Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the Brand Retail under direct control of PMI. In a close ecosystem with Cluster Team, HQ & Retail operation, you?ll be defining brand look per retail segment in terms of setup, materials & activation, as well as guarantee the best deployment upon established KPI's (including but not limited to: IQOS Boutiques, and Pop-Ups).
Your main responsibilities will be related to:
TOOLBOX INPUT & IMPLEMENTATION
Work in the Brand Retail definition per each direct retail segment and defining the ideal setup regarding Brand look, materials and expected consumer journey in each of these segments. While being accountable for all the physical deployment (technical visits, agency briefings, project design, technical drawings and in-market placement);
STORE ACTIVATION
Propose and execute an agreed yearly tailor made activation calendar, across all type direct stores (iQOS Boutiques, Pop-ups, SiS), ensuring proper communication with Deployment and Field teams.
FIELD SUPPORT
Have a relevant presence in field work by working closely to field teams not only on the retail projects deployment, but as well identifying new opportunities/needs;
BUDGET & KPIs
Execution and control of Direct Retail Budget;
Track Brand initiative Retail KPIs, integrating top-down OB and bottom-up inputs.
