Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.


Job Description


Our HR Shared Service will soon relocate its global mobility / international assignment function to Lisbon to manage corporate international mobility policy and related operations. This position belongs to the Dutch International Mobility Team and the goal is to manage international transfers to and from the Netherlands.

We are looking for strong, motivated candidates to be part of this challenge and start an existing and global career within Bosch.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Responsible for an expatriate portfolio
  • Calculation of compensation packages for expats
  • Accountable for the accuracy of the information regarding own portfolio in the different systems
  • Issue and ensure compliance of the documentation (assignment letter, extension letter?)
  • Manage logistics and administrative tasks for expats? departures and returns (relocation, payroll process, social security, tax assistance?)
  • Act as point of contact with the Dutch payroll and other departments and entities in Netherlands
  • Support expats by answering various questions about the assignment contract, logistics, benefits and policy, and throughout the assignment by managing all administrative aspects linked to Dutch employees? rights (taking of maternity/parental leave, sabbatical leave, long-service award?)
  • Follow up and anticipates the key steps of the assignment to be managed with HR Business Partners: contract renewal, phase-out of benefits, repatriation
  • Manage ?local to local? transfers according to the policy
  • Ensure internal delivery according to SLAs and KPIs

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • University Degree in a relevant area;
  • Minimum 1-3 years' work experience (global mobility or HR function is a plus);
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) package advanced level;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory requirement);
  • Good working knowledge in Dutch (preference);
  • Basic technical knowledge of tax and social security within international transfers (is a plus);
  • Team orientation & high sense of customer orientation;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Rigorous and detailed oriented;
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential;
