We are looking for a Motors Business Developer in our great office in Lisbon, Portugal.

Our continuously growing audience on OLX, Standvirtual and Imovirtual is the foundation for the value we deliver to professionals and consumers. To maximize the value, we create we need to continuously improve the service we deliver to our customers. Due to our international growth, we are looking for a Motors Business Developer at OLX Portugal.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
New business development, inviting new professionals and identifying opportunities to strength our market leader position (the majority of the contacts with users will be made by telephone);
Contacting and manage our large network of existing customers (it can be Cars companies to attract and invite professionals to use the Standvirtual services);
Selling our products and providing them an accurate follow-up, explaining how they can optimize their presence in our websites (the majority of the contacts with users will be made by telephone).
Solve product or service problems by clarifying customer's needs;
Proceed with the root-cause analysis and by finding the way to solve the problem;
Be the guardian of the customer's needs and do everything in your power to provide expedite corrections or adjustments;
With a continuous improvement attitude, you will provide insights to the product management in order to resolve future complaints in advance.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Experience in commercial activities (online/e-commerce sector is a plus) and inbound and outbound tele-sales
Love the internet and willing to develop your online skills and experience
User of online shopping websites, web browsing and/ or cars sales/market
Knowledge of Cars market is a plus
Customer oriented profile
University Degree is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Good team player, but also be able to work independently
You have tons of positive energy, love working in teams and you are willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy
Have a passion for helping others, customer and other coworkers and are relentlessly trying to improve the experience of our customers when contacting us, even when their issue is not easy to solve
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
