International pharmaceutical company is looking for a Pharma Operations Manager (M/F).
Your new role
This professional?s mission will be the management of the overall operations, as well as the responsibility for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
The Pharma Operations Manager will ensure safe and efficient operations, serve as a company representative on regulatory issues, enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the associated areas (information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and opportunities to expand systems).
Moreover, this person will assume responsibilities in the interview, selection and hiring process of new employees, as well as on the training of new and existing employees. The organization of the company?s budget will be performed in collaboration with the CFO.
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor?s degree in operations management or related field, who has experience in management, operations, and leadership.
The understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management, as well as the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees will be valued capacities.
Great communication skills and English fluency are critical points.
