What we are looking for?


We are looking for an Ecommerce Lead for Bond Touch. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for delivering sales in a D2C strategy through our website and marketplaces (including Amazon). Acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test all ecommerce initiatives.


Responsible for delivering against the strategy and executing day-to-day online operations relating to eCommerce and associated marketplaces with oversight responsibility for operating metrics and key performance drivers such as sales, conversion, qualified traffic, average order and CLV. Responsible for providing insights on scale quality and automation to Bond Touch?s leadership team. This is a full-time position.


Your day to day might look like this:


  • Oversee total ecommerce P&L; achieve top-line and bottom-line results;
  • Establish metrics and processes to implement efficiencies and control costs;
  • Manage an external, high-performing technical team;
  • Prioritize and address immediate concerns with consideration of the long-term goals and growth plan;
  • Lead analysis of ecommerce channel metrics and establish programs to drive continuous improvement;
  • Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives, and push the business forward;
  • Provide post-program ROI analysis, make recommendations based on results to increase sales, opt-ins, Average Order Size (AOS), Average Unit Sale (AUS), customization and repeat purchases;
  • Build, manage, and refine online assortment, promotions, price management, and product/content story presentation;
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from a range of disciplines including Marketing, Creative, Operations, etc.


Your must haves:


  • Degree in e-Commerce, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or any other related field. Bachelor's (Preferred);
  • Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects;
  • Well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics;
  • Good data interpretation and organizational skills;
  • Good level of spoken and written English.

  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives;
  • Marketplace experience with Amazon or equivalent.
