As a React Developer at Anova, you will join the leading global provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for the Industrial Gases, Rail, Energy, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater markets, building next-generation web applications in strong collaboration with back-end, UX/UI, product management, and marketing teams across multiple business units. Apps in the pipeline include use of React for fluid and fast interface, fed by a REST API, and Agile methodology for quick and efficient release of new versions, with a deployment process running on continuous integration and DevOps. Creating innovative technical products in a relaxed working environment with no dress code, you?ll be a valued addition to a small and dynamic development team, where everybody has a voice, and your opinion is heard. We?ll also equip you with a high-end portable workstation and two 27" 1440p monitors to set you up for success.

Key teammates are in Coimbra and Porto (Portugal) and preference will be given to candidates in closer proximity to this location and time zone; however, fully remote candidates will be considered and are encouraged to apply.

ABOUT YOU

• Creates and builds leading-edge products and solutions with Front-End Software Development tools: JavaScript (ES6) and CSS & HTML, and with REST API
• A working knowledge of the React.js framework
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Git, DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
• Technical troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Capable of writing clean code and following best practices with excellent test automation coverage
• Familiar with Industrial IoT (IIoT) and Cloud projects
• Industry experience in at least one of the following: Energy, Industrial Gases, Oil & Gas, Telecom, or IT
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth environment, such as a start-up
• Knowledgeable and adept in Agile process and principles (e.g. Scrum)
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential
• Computer Science or related Engineering degree required
