Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As an R&D Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for the complete life cycle of fan pressurized water heaters.Your responsibilities will be:

• 
  Development and implementation of new product specifications, components and mechanical systems including calculation, simulation and tolerance analysis;
• Analysis of quality, ratio and production topics aiming to solve the problems and implementing new technical solutions to reduce cost;
• Definition of testing procedures and acceptance criteria according applicable product standards and internal regulations;
• Analysis and interpretation of test reports. Conclusions elaboration and new technical approaches definition to solve possible deviations;
• Research new product ideas.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Academic degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Physics Engineering or equivalent;
• >5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering;
• Expertise in heat transfer, fluid mechanics and gas combustion phenomena;
• Strong affinity with laboratory measurement and control engineering;
• Knowledge on product engineering tools;
• Knowledge on quality tools (Problem solving, FMEA, 6 sigma, SPC and others);
• Creativity, analytical sharpness, structured approach, perseverance, and result orientation;
• Good communication skills;
• Good level of English: written and spoken;
• Experience with complete Microsoft Office package.
