Our Facilities Department is currently seeking a
fluent in English, Portuguese & other European language
to reinforce the team in Porto?s site.
The ideal profile must strong communication skills in English & Portuguese. Knowledge of French and/or Italian languages will be an added value.
The Facilities Assistant helps oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a building or facility. Although the responsibilities of the facilities assistant may vary depending upon the organization, there are some common duties. Nearly all facilities assistants handle building repairs (or retain a contractor to do the work).
MainThe Facilities Assistant may handle something as simple as changing a light bulb to as complicated as installing a new heating system. This position will conduct and maintain building inventories, put together furniture and schedule the use or rental of the building or grounds.
Tasks:A Bachelor degree is the minimum educational requirement for the Facilities Assistant.
