Our main project, the Catappult, is the largest distribution platform in the world for Android apps. We aim to revolutionize the way the app distribution works. The project launched in 2018 and our mission is to have the best content and biggest apps there and to help them maximize their potential using the Catappult platform.
We are looking for a Business Development Assistant who could help us provide our partners (game/app developers) with excellent support and service.
Role :
Serve as a liaison between developers and quality assurance team, while ensuring developers are satisfied and quality standards are met.
Success Management of App Developer and Publisher accounts.
Work with Aptoide's top developers to generate use cases, white-papers and other marketing materials.
Report problems with Apps that are joining Catappult ecosystem.
Work with the small team of business development and developer support, very close to the Catapult product team.
Requirements:
Marketing or Business Degree
Fluent in English
1-2 years of Customer Support and account management experience
High capacity to learn
You must love games
Nice to have prior experience with Intercom
