Your new role
Ownership and project management of the EMEA and global Sales, Prospecting and Pipeline process.
Ownership and project management of all EMEA and global RFI and RFP responses.
Involvement, coordination and understanding various company?s functions - Finance, Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales and General Management.
Researching companies, decision makers and influencers.
Developing and refining bid strategy, including pipeline management.
Managing the pipeline and bid processes.
Overall ownership of bids to ensure prompt project management, writing, and high-quality submission of bids. Chair kick off meetings and attend feedback sessions with the client to coordinate tender queries and amendments.
Post response analysis in order to continuously improve bid responses.
Writing and curating the Response Library Proactively review and incorporate new processes and procedures, where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for professionals with at least 5 years? experience in the same or similar role in TELCO, IT or Insurance sectors.
Academic background in project management or management.
Previous exposure to RFP.
Flexible in term of commitment.
Ability to work to your own initiative with minimum guidance in a fast-changing environment and to influence, drive and communicate with senior stakeholders up to Regional GM level. Fluency in English (eliminatory factor).
