Your Role

Your role is to support the marketing strategy in alignment with Global/Regional/National Sales targets, through regular development and execution of activities whilst ensure corporate marketing standards are adhered to. You will also be the link between the business units and external partners such as construction and maintenance companies, service facilities suppliers, etc.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide regular status reports on the running facility projects on different levels within the organization;
• Ensure both financial monitoring and critical milestone planning of the projects portfolio;
• You ensure that suppliers meet service, and quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of under-performance issues;
• Check Plan and execute events, exhibitions and webinars;
• Assist in the marketing campaigns, projects, and product launches;
• Monitor campaign progress using various metrics and submit performance reports;
• Engage in market, product and competitor analysis in alignment with the Business Units and Country requirements. all the documents received from operators, partners and suppliers;
• Develop sales support, and corporate materials (standard brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies);
• Review and update all platform content (internal and external), including analytics and reporting;

Your Skills and Experiences

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business field is preferred;
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a Marketing/ Facilities manager role is preferred;
• Excellent communicator with a good command of English in written, verbal, and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles;
• Comfortable working in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines and a large degree of independence;
• A solid analytical thinker with an outstanding ability to turn business data into marketing performance reporting and optimization strategies;
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
