In Glovo, we want to change the way consumers buy groceries, and we believe that if we want to revolutionize the industry, we need to deliver a WOW experience to our clients. To reach this WOW effect you will be managing and coordinating our different MFC's within your city. Your goal will be to quickly adapt the operation of each MFC, co-managing the assortment and pricing and to be a hero leader to your team.

You will:

• Be owner of part of the Q-Commerce Micro Fulfillment Centers and P&L
• Manage the Q-commerce warehouse network (15-20 warehouses/MFC's between 1-4 cities)
• Build the local teams in new opening cities
• Develop the Micro Fulfillment Centers business model with a 360º mindset
• Work with a cross-functional team (operations, marketing, finance, procurement?) to achieve quick and flawless execution
• Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience as a manager in retail, managing large teams
• Operations or SC background with great people skills
• Relevant experience communicating with senior leadership
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations or related field
• Accomplished performance in overseeing project deliveries (time, budget)
• Lean management methodologies
• Problem solving & analytical skills
• Excel proficiency
• Strong communicator
• English
