Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Support the team on setting up activities like control the monitoring of the software license management of Bosch Thermotechnology.
  • Be responsible for establish, approve, doing reviews and maintaining the processes specific to our organization that are required to be implemented.
  • Cooperation with internationally distributed product development teams;
  • Support of departments in order to continuously improve processes and methods for handling open source software and commercial software.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Ongoing Master?s degree in Legal Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Mathematics, Computer Science or similar;
  • Good communication skills (English is a must);
  • Pro-active, dynamic and responsible attitude;
  • Knowledge of software development landscape, processes and software quality (Literature hint);
  • Knowledge of legal topics (relevant for license, maintenance agreements and other software-related contracts (incl. US law), legal and tax obligations between different legal entities across different countries;
  • Knowledge of digital business models, market understanding (strategic suppliers and solutions);
  • Knowledge of internal procedures needed for proper order processing;
  • Good skills in pricing negotiations and proper contracting;
  • Knowledge of vendors software development management systems (in order to evaluate suppliers development capability);
