Who will you be working for?


Our partner is a fast-growing startup providing an Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution for professional services.


Their core mission:
help companies gain visibility and efficiently automate recurring tasks in a simple way.


What is this job about?


In this position as Junior Country Manager, your goal is to open and develop the company's portfolio of clients in Spain. In the beginning, you will handle the market development with full autonomy!


On a daily basis, you are in touch with potential clients. You don't have to prospect new leads but transform qualified leads into customers!


Your challenges

  • Engage with qualified leads pushed by the marketing team
  • Organize product demos and handle the sales cycle from negotiation to closing
  • Acquire customers, organize their onboarding, follow the accounts and ensure great customer success
  • Build strong relationships and take care of your growing network
  • Adapt the marketing strategy and adjust the positioning for the Spanish market
  • Hire a strong team to help you achieve company goals: Account Managers, Trainers, Business Developers, etc.
  • Support the management team in organizing the development in LATAM
  • Discover new business opportunities, understand new customer needs and participate in strategic product review meetings

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: native level in Spanish and fluency in English
  • 2-5 years of experience in software sales (as SDR, Account Executive, etc.)
  • Great sales skills: communication, prospection, negotiation, and listening
  • Ability to recruit and manage a team

Important:
For this position, you should be located in Lisbon, Portugal. If this is not possible for now, you can also work in Paris (office) or remotely from Spain.
