Gi Group is looking for a Digital Support Service - German Speaker for our prestigious client. Functions:

• Providing assistance to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) through different channels: chat, e-mail and phone;
• Providing support for products and utilities to improve the general experinece and to promote the adoptation of and investiment in those products;
• Helping SME clients to get results thanks to their marketing campaigns through the use of advice, training and support, demonstrating the value of advertising solutions for SME clients;
• Providing essential information on the products and receiving information from clients about their products.

Profile:

• University attendance or University Degree;
• Profissional Experience in Digital Marketing or technology;
• Minimum of B2 in English and Fluency (C1/C2)/Native in German;
• Professional skills in the customer support; a problem solving mindset and a passion for the client and their experience;
• Being capatable to adapt to the varying needs of SMEs, in order to help clients develop their activities on the advertising plaftorm.

Offer:

• Gross monthly salary of approx. 1550 euros [1100 ?/month base salary + 7.63 ?/day of meal allowance + 300 ?/month of language bonus (paid cumulatively every 3 months => 900? every 3 months)];
• Signing bonus* 3 300.00 ? paid in three *parts over 9 months (1100 ? in month 2, 1100 ? in month 6 and 1100 ? in month 9);
• All this amounts to approx. 24.2K ?/YEAR (Gross) (one extra month of base salary is paid during summer holidays and another one during winter holidays);

Monthly transportation subsidy of up to 40 ? (receipt required);
100% remote work from home, monday to friday, 8h to 17h;
