Your new role
Will be the first contact for all Office IT related incidents or support issues. You will be
responsible for IT Infrastructure (e.g. Clients, printers, scanners network, Server etc.), SAP ERP and all related office applications, implementation of system upgrades and continuous improvement.
What you'll need ti succeed

• Bachelor?s degree in IT systems, mandatory
• Minimum 2 years? experience in helpdesk support, Windows, Linux, Server environment (containing, setup servers, support hardware etc.)
• Minimum 4 years? experience in helpdesk SAP (focus on modules SD / MM ? further on finance will be an advantage) and maintaining SAP Master Data
• Knowledge about IT security standards
• Experience with SQL servers, SQL queries, 2016 or newer
• Fluency in English, business level, mandatory.
• Characteristics such as teamwork, problem solving, time management, organization, creativity, and good interpersonal relationships are fundamental for the development of this role.
