EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• As a BFC Senior consultant you will be responsible for the:

• Participation and discussion with the project team about the financial banking specifications and requirements.
• Production of the consolidation Financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, using SAP BFC.
• Implementation of the IFRS statutory and FINREP Reporting in SAP BFC.
• Implementation of the Prudential Reporting, ITS COREP and ITS FINREP using BFC solution to meet legal requirements by ECB and banque de France.
• Implementation of Solvency ll Reporting requirements including the creation of QRT reports defined by EIOPA, using SAP BFC.
• Full project life cycle for the implementation of the Basel lll requirements (LCR and NSFR ratios).
• Participation on the parametrization of all the Financial Reporting and Consolidation modules in SAP BFC, Package manager, Manual journal entry, Consolidation definition, Scope definition, Report designer, Rules, Category scenario, Data models definition, Financial input schedules and Retrieval reports, modification of existing SQL rules, intercompany reconciliation and elimination rules.
• Ensure quality of BFC deliverables
• Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
• Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
• Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
• Develop and Assure quality of process models
• Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Functional Experience
• Minimum six years consulting experience in implementation and development experience in SAP BFC in the banking and insurance areas on in a large landscape/environment customer.
• Has experience with minimum of five full cycle implementations
• Good understanding of industry specific business processes
• Managerial Experience
• Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader
• Acts as a coach for colleagues

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Bachelors or Master's degree in: Finance, management or similar degree will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• French
