Your new Company
Multinational corporation is currently looking for an Asset Manager (m/f) - Residential to their offices in Lisbon.
Your new Role
Working with the Portuguese commercial market ? High end residential of medium to large scale, Branded Residences and Serviced Apartments preferred;
Working knowledge of off plan sales and other types of contracts for these asset classes;
Dealing with agencies for buyers identification / capture, sales negotiations;
Prepare budget forecasts, lease ups, cashflows, etc;
Financial analysis, market studies and industry standard reporting (i.e. variance reporting, discounted cash flows, IRR?s, etc.).
What you need to succeed
Bachelor?s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, civil engineering or real estate management;
We are looking for candidates with five to seven years of proven experience in asset management;
Good understanding of dealing with agencies for tenants selection / capture, lease negotiations, etc;
Ability to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis including ROI, IRR and discounted cash flow modeling.
