All teams support the key lighting brands Philips (Philips Hue, Philips lighting for consumers and professionals), Signify, Interact, Wiz and many more.

What you?ll do

  • Optimizing website conversion paths of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Converting visits into marketing-qualified leads / contacts for direct marketing.
  • Designing, building, and executing split testing, multivariate testing and other testing approaches for websites, emails, and landing pages.
  • Collaborating with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, to optimize each conversion path.
  • Continuously monitoring analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyse the outcomes from the tests.
  • Creating guidelines and best practices based on ?ndings from winning tests.
  • Maintaining a constant awareness of all competitor and industry activity.
  • Identifying and testing new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate and consumer engagement

Your qualifications

  • Technical

  • Minimum 3+ years? experience with proven success in optimizing website experiences and increasing conversions.
  • Experience and knowledge of CRO tools to setup, launch, develop and deploy A/B tests (for example: Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc).
  • Experience with research tools such as HotJar, CrazyEgg, or other similar tools.

  • Behavioral

  • Analytical mindset to continuously mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for fast iteration testing.
  • Consumer first attitude.
  • Exceptional project management ? from planning to delivery and continued growth.
  • Curious about latest trends in digital marketing related to user experience.
  • Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams like design, content, analytics, and other digital marketers.
  • Ability to evangelize CRO across different teams and influence test-related decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention.
  • Ability to challenge status quo with data-driven facts.
  • Knowledge of device specific UI and UX best practices for landing pages and applications.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a bonus
