Right now, we are looking for a Credit & Collection - Trainee, who can develop one of our departments, which is responsible for business development, supporting and supporting the elements that are already part of it.

Function Description:

• Actively communicate with and support both internal and external customers and represent Tech Data in a professional manner at all times.
• Managing a client portfolio regarding debts and defining priorities and goals;
• Raising/sending invoices and credit notes;
• Solving invoicing related issues;
• Monitor and follow up on security expirations & compliance checks
• Provide Collections Manager and Sales Department with information on late payers and issues that may prevent trading.
• Preparing documents and helping regarding daily and monthly sales closing procedures.

Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree with Finance and Accounting Field of Study preferred;
• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
• Possesses strong data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Dynamism;
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity;
• Knowledge of Languages - English and Spanish (preferred factor).

Offer:

• Internship contract for 12 months;
• Conditions: 600?/Month, plus meal allowance;
• Continuous training;
• Excellent working environment.
