Daily activities:

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels ? chat, email and phone
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
• Provide product and tool support to improve clients? experience
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple clients
• Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering

What do we offer?

• Possible start: 10.05, 31.05, 7.06, 14.06 & 12.07!
• Fully remote recruitment process (by phone or WhatsApp)
• Renewable employment contract (12 months)
• Competitive salary and remuneration system:
• 1050? gross salary per month (in case you don?t need company accommodation)
• 950? gross salary per month (with company accomodation ? all bills included)
• Temporary start in the home-office (for technical reasons, you must be located in or around Lisbon) / If the situation is safe, work is planned in a modern office in Lisbon (Portugal)

• Additional private health insurance from the 1st day
• 22 days of paid vacation per year
• Complete paid training (approx. 15 working days on site)

What we expect from you:

• Any kind of experience with clients
• You speak native Polish

• You speak English (at least B2) -necessary condition
• You are located in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• You are looking for an energetic environment
• You are a social media marketing enthusiast and want to work for famous brands such as Facebook

Relocation package:

• Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months
• Airport pick-up
• Administrative help with registration in Portugal
