We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Comercial team.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delighting our customers, through an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Understand the customer's organisation, goals and how the customer sees Scopphu and can benefit from our products;
Maintain a close relationship with internal sales;
Manage internal stakeholders, prioritise and unblock tasks affecting customer activities;
Hold regular service review meetings and propose service improvement initiatives;
Be the customer's escalation point and drive fast resolutions.

Requirements:
Demonstrated track record in improving operational performance and managing customer satisfaction;
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing project management or service delivery experience;
Good knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Preferable);
Excellent time management and organisational skills;
Strong sense of customer account ownership;
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles;
Detail conscious, highly organised and methodical;
Autonomy regarding prioritization and decision-making;
Proficient English, written and verbal skills.
