InnoWave is looking for a Functional Analyst, who will integrate a digital department, and more specifically in the Web Channel Domain.
This person will be responsible for translating IT and business needs into functional specifications.
On a project basis, look for creative solutions, provide clear, structured documentation for users as well as developers and testers.

Responsibilities
- Functional analysis
- Planning of the sub-team
- Supervising the team made up of analysts, developers and testers as well as the hotline
- Following up projects with the Project Managers and users
- Following up the production together with the hotline; contacts with the shops and end users
- Communicating about achievements
Skills
- Bachelor's or master?s degree, preferably in Computer Science or in similar area
- At least four years? experience in similar roles
- Solid experience as an Analyst in a complex IT environment
- Functional knowledge of Sales/Marketing/CRM applications would be an asset
- Knowledge of OO and UML
- Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team
- Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change
- Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements
- Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
